About
AE-33-PUD |
|
AE-36-PUD is Fatty Acid Modified
self cross-linking type, one pack cycloaliphatic polyurethane
dispersion, which can be used for formulating interior and exterior
Industrial/Auto-refinish, wood coatings, Glass and Concrete. Cured
film has excellent resilience and stain resistance to various items
like hot coffee, tea, beer, mild alkali and acids. Specific
PUD AE-33 is based on a polyester
polyurethane resin which is resistant to hydrolysis and does not
contain a fungicide. It can be used in the formulation of air- and
force-drying top coats and primers. Top coats dry tack-free after
approx. 4 hours at room temperature. They can be force-dried, e.g.
for 30 minutes at 80 °C. The supply form is pre-dried with 0.07 %
Combination of Metallic Driers(metal calculated on the solvent-free
resin). It is adjusted to a pH of approx. 7.0 with approx. 1.1 %
triethyl amine. Because of its good shear stability, PUD AE-33 can
be ground with all standard pigments and extenders in a bead mill.
The temperature of the mill base should not exceed 40 °C. PUD AE-33
can be neutralised with triethyl amine or dimethyl ethanol amine to
improve its pigment wetting properties. The addition of zinc
phosphate yields very good corrosion protection in film thicknesses
of approx. 35 μm. |

AE-Aqua-L-2502 is polycarbonate
modified self-cross linking type, one aliphatic pack polyurethane
dispersion that can be used for formulating season or semi-gloss top
coats for PVC Leather Cloth & Pure Leather. Cured film has excellent
resilience and stain resistance to various items like hot coffee,
tea, beer, mild alkali and acids. The product has good abrasion
resistance. |

dispersion that can be used for formulating High Gloss top coats for
PVC Leather Cloth & Pure Leather. The product finds application in
Paper Coatings and Ink formulations. Cured film has excellent
resilience and stain resistance to various items like hot coffee,
tea, beer, mild alkali and acids. The product has good abrasion
resistance. |
